Today is my turn to post something creative, I chose to share how I made these Halloween treat bags with you !!! I had planned to use the Black Magic kit for this project ,but it didn't make it to my house in time !! So I had to go to plan B for materials, I dug out everything I had "Halloween" related from my stash ( many of the papers are from last year's Bewitched kit).
I made these for the little dudes on my husband's hockey team. I did NOT make them too fancy ,because I know he would make comments ! He'd say something like "Marielle ,these are boys, they don't care how cute the bags are, they just want the candy " !!) LOL!!!
I first started with filling paper bags (I doubled bagged them because I planned on filling them up with lots of goodies !!)
Then I punched out small tags from black cardstock and decorated them with pattern papers, stickers and added the name of each boy. (Chiller font from my computer).
The next step is to fold the bag closed and attach a small square (4"x4") of pattern paper, punch two small holes and add raffia or ribbon.
Add tags and a few more little Halloween stickers and you're are done !!!
I also wish to share that a lot of candy was eaten by yours truly while making these bags !!! :)
Candy,Candy,Candy !!!!
Hope you give these a try, bye for now.
Happy Halloween !!!
The bags turned out so cute! And of course you had to preview the candy and make sure it was up to your standards! I'm sure they'll love them.
